The City of Canning partnered with Gemstar and Multicultural Futures in to bring the YoungGems program to local business. Attracting the largest number of applicants in four years, the program was a winner for local businesses looking to build skills, adapt and grow post COVID-19.
YoungGems program received the greatest interest among all other new piloted programs. The program took 12 budding entrepreneurs of all abilities or diverse backgrounds on a journey to create their own start-up.
