Recently, YoungGems® launched in Batam, attracting top students from across the island’s schools and universities. Facilitated by YoungGems® Chief Creator Gemma Manning, the workshop explored the world of entrepreneurship. It gave this cohort of YoungGems an inside view on the secret sauce of entrepreneurial success and a detailed account of what it takes to be an entrepreneur.
With several engaging discussions and group activities, the students participated wholeheartedly, exploring more about what kind of entrepreneur they want to be and uncovering what motivates them to get out of bed in the morning.
The event provided a unique opportunity for young aspiring entrepreneurs to unearth their passion and purpose and think about what real-world problems they would like to solve in their businesses.
